Francis vallesio - Co-owner
Francis Vallesio attended Stoneham High School, graduating with the Class of 2020, before continuing his education at Plymouth State University, where he graduated in 2026 with honors in both his undergraduate studies and minor.
Francis founded Hammerhead Sports with a simple mission: to make sure important memories are never lost. The inspiration came from his own experience playing football at Stoneham High School. While he spent most of his career competing at the junior varsity level and never saw significant time on the varsity field. He was part of countless memorable games and moments alongside his teammates. Unfortunately, because filming JV games was not common practice, many of Francis’ memories were never captured and have since been lost to time.
That experience sparked the idea for Hammerhead Sports. Francis recognized that every athlete regardless of level, age, or spotlight deserves the opportunity to relive their moments on the field. Just as importantly, friends, family members, and future generations should be able to look back and experience those memories as well.
Today, Hammerhead Sports is dedicated to filming all levels of competition, from the biggest games to the smallest events, ensuring that every athlete has the chance to preserve and revisit the moments that matter most.
Alison Beaton Co-Owner
Alison Beaton attended Stoneham High School, graduating with the Class of 2020. She continued her education at Middlesex Community College, where she earned her Certificate in Early Childhood Education Assistant Teacher in May 2025. She is currently pursuing a degree in Psychology at Bunker Hill Community College.
Alison has always had a passion for photography and preserving meaningful moments. Her journey with Hammerhead Sports began in the fall of 2021 when her longtime friend, Francis Vallesio, asked if she would be interested in helping film Stoneham youth football games. Having known Francis since the fifth grade, she eagerly joined him, and what started as a simple opportunity quickly grew into something much bigger.
Through her work with Hammerhead Sports, Alison discovered the impact that capturing athletic moments can have on athletes, families, and communities. She believes that every game, athlete, and milestone deserves to be remembered, regardless of the level of competition. By combining her love for photography with Hammerhead Sports' mission, Alison helps ensure that players and their families can look back on the moments that matter most for years to come.
Jeremiah Blessing
Hello, my name is Jeremiah Blessing, and I’m a student at Stoneham High School. Jeremiah is an avid camera enthusiast and is very happy to be working with Hammerhead Sports and Alison Teresa Photography and Videography. You will see Jeremiah filming games alongside Francis and Alison. Jeremiah is excited to continue developing his skills while helping capture memorable moments for athletes, teams, and their families.
